Unity Hub: Plus Activation: Invalid Serial Number

    Hi Guys,
    I am trying to activate Unity Plus, I have contacted Unity but a reply may take up to 10 days, so hopefully there is some help here.

    I want to activate this new license. My issue is this...
    To activate: I am in Unity Hub/Preferences/License Management/Activate New License/Enter Serial Number. I have entered this Serial Number but am told it is invalid.

    After triple checking, the number, it is correct, but not clicking with Unity.
    Ideas?
