Unity Hub Not Responding on start in Windows 10

A couple of months back, I went to start Hub and got a white box with Unity Hub in the title bar... followed by (Not Responding). And that's all it would do. White screen, frozen. If I end the task in task manager, it ends two of the three processes, but leaves the third.

I've tried everything I could think of, from overwriting with the newer version to completely uninstalling the program and reinstalling it. I've turned off startup apps, services, and still... the problem persists.

Any help would be appreciated.
