Bug Unity Hub not opening - "The hub has encountered a crital error and must close."

    i am a newibe to uniy i instlled the unity hub in my windows 7 x64 machine. It installled succcesfully but when i opwn it, It gives the followig error : "The hub has encountered a crital error and must close.". i have sen many threads on unity forum but noone helped me. Please help me here is the sceenshot and log:
