Since my last update, unity hub takes a very long time to load, and now no longer allows me to sign in. It remains on an empty white page. I have tried reinstalling etc but nothing has worked.

Happened to me too, after both updating windows and updating the hub. It seems that I had some licenses issue, but when I opened Unity the old way(opened one of the editor versions), both the hub and the editor worked
This fixed my issue too! Opened up unity the old way and then it somehow found the license and linked it together and now hub works fine!
