Unity Hub keeping asking for phone number but can not receive verification code...

    Retried for half an hour, resent again and again but nothing received on my phone.
    My phone was bond to another account before, which has been deleted.

    I had to create a different account just be able to reach out for help on forums. I am locked out of my account because Unity for some reason or another is requiring a verification code after taking a 3 month sabbatical. When I come back to log in it asks for a verification code that was sent to an old phone number. I have reached out to Unity now about this and have yet to hear a reply. It has been over a week now and I am still unable to access my account and assets to work on my project. This is getting worrisome as I have a lot of money in assets. How long does it typically take for Unity to respond to a ticket regarding this issue? I read a post from 3 months ago that Derek from Unity customer support specifically mentioned sending a request to Unity about this.Be even provided a link. I used that link and followed all the directions he mentioned. I am worried that I will be permanently locked out of my asset investments and unity account because things seem very quiet on Unity’s end.

    I'll ask around about your request. Do you have a support ticket number?

    EDIT: Support informed me that the ticket was resolved this morning and you can now log in without any issues.

    I'm having a similar issue to ethanwg right now.
    Awaiting a code and hearing nothing from Unity's end.

    It's been like this for half a year or so I can not login, can not activate because there are no message sent to me. I can not do anything without login first, even viewing the ticket status

    Please help! My ticket number is #931161
