    I was trying to download the latest version of Unity Hub, Unity Hub 2.3.0, however during the installation it stopped abruptly. It claims that the Installation Aborted and that the setup was not completed successfully. I have ample drive space and have tried reinstalling it and downloading to a different directory path and nothing has worked. It still gives me the same error, and I'm clueless as to how to fix it.

    How I Fixed It
    I had the same window popup with that error. I think mine was because I had a previous hub installed, and I was installing a new version and uninstalling the old version all at the same time. One of the version ended up getting stuck in the Add & Remove programs section. So I think if you go to Add Remove Programs and you can't uninstall the Unity Hub from there, it said something like can't find unity uninstall at this location, then this may work for you.

    1) Uninstall any UnityHubs you can from Add Remove (not sure if you need to backup any preferences, that's on you)
    2) Open up RegEdit
    3) Make a backup of the Registry, as always.
    4) Find this entry:
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
    5) Look through that list and find one called:
    {Unity Technologies - Hub}
    6) Select that, and only that, and DELETE it.
    7) Now try the UnityHubSetup.exe and hopefully it worked for you like it did for me.

    Thanks! I can recommend also searching for just " - Hub" , and that there might be multiple entries like this. This was the only way i could find all instances of the keys. After removing them all you should be able to install again. Cheers!

    Try searching for {Unity Technologies - Hub}. In RegEdit, go to
    Edit > Find
    -or- hit
    CTRL+F
    .
