Bug Unity Hub hangs on start up

    I have a solid error, reproducible every time. Immediately after start-up, I open Unity Hub first thing. However, it hangs and never opens the Hub window. After a time (typically I give it a couple of minutes but have given it 10 mins in the past) I have to force quit. Starting it a second time works fine, every time.

    Am I alone in seeing this???

    Unity Hub 3.2 (Intel under Rosetta)
    Production Stream
    Mac OS 12.5.1
    Mac Studio Ultra 64GB
