Bug Unity Hub error when trying to download.

    is pretty much that, Unity Hub won't download any of the files, it starts but quickly stops with an error message for each file... new win 10 install, already disabled windows firewall and defender and also the antivirus ... reinstalled a couple times even... what's going on? the error is error.1e000065.Cipher
