Hello, I wanted to learn some programing with making a simple game with tutorial, but it is not important. And today I wanted to start with making the game (I was creating textures before) and I was greeted with such message " Failed to start the Unity Package Manager local server process. Make sure the processD:/2020.3.21f1/Editor/Data/Resources/PackageManager/Server/UnityPackageManager.exe is not blocked by Windows Defender or any other anti-virus configuration.

Click on Retry to relaunch Unity and reopen your project

Click on Diagnose to launch the Unity Package Manager Diagnostics tool."

My antivirus don't blocked it, I tried to retry and diagnose and it didn't work too. I tried reinstalling Unity Hub, don't work. I tried even install other version of editor but the editor was "downloaded with errors". Someone know how to fix it?
