Unity Hub does not open. Standalone version requiers Hub anyway.

Hey, I have similar problem as mentioned in most recent comments in https://forum.unity.com/threads/bug-unity-hub-not-launching-at-all.537760/ . My Unity Hub is not opening. I can see that it is running in the background in task manager. I have tried Unity (2019.2.14) without hub, but then lovely window pops up and asks me to install unity hub for licence activation purposes. Is there any option to activate license without hub? Or solution to my problem with hub itselfs?

 

I have the same exactly issue it would be awesome if someone give us a solution.
