Unity Hub - Can't sign in : The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

I installed unity hub and tried to sign in and was presented to this page, tried looking around for someone with the same issue, couldn't find any, it's been like this for a few days, anyone knows a possible fix?





I am able to connect to the internet and have no VPN nor proxy, tried reinstalling to no success.
