Bug Unity hub can't install 2021.1.15f1, silently disappears

    So I recently started using a windows 10 pc(i previously used a macbook pro) and I wanted to install Unity Hub and 2021.1.15f1. I tried installing it but it took a really long time then it was broken because I couldn't add any modules so I deleted that editor and uninstalled it from my computer. Now however, when I try to install 2021.1.15f1, it goes through the installing process but then it just doesn't install the editor and there isnt any error messages or anything. How do I fix this?
    I've been trying to get it to install for the past 2 days and have restarted my PC countless times.

    Help. Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong?

    Screenshot 2021-07-18 123259.png It installed but it's broken, I can't add modules, and it is queued again somehow.
