Question Unity HUB brakes my Internet connection

hello.
im having a very weird issue, that didn't happened to me till now.
every time i open Unity HUB and sometimes after a short while, my internet connection just drops criticaly.
as soon as i quit Unity Hub the connection returns.

i tried reinstalling Unity Hub and the Unity version.
i looked online but cant find a solid solution.
updated windows.
and try different projects.

nothing seems to work and i dont know what to do anymore.
please help...
