Question Unity hub automatically logged out?

I just updated Unity Hub to 3.2.0-c2, I can't remember the version before I updated it.
Normally I need to update my personal free license every week, today, I just found that the Get Personal Free License is diabled, and I closed VS, updated the Hub, it's still diabled, then I realized I was logged out of the Hub. After I logged in again, I can get the personal free license.

I'm wondering why I'm logged out automatically? Is it because Unity newly updated some agreement, e.g. privacy agreement and Unity wants my to view and agree to it by logging in?
