Bug Unity Hub and Unity Sign in hyperlink not working

Whenever I open Unity Hub and click on any sign in button around the program, the blue loading circle pops up for a couple of seconds, but does not open any link to sign in. Also, I asked my friend if it worked for him and it gave him the same result. My default browser is set and hyperlinks work for other applications including this unity hub except any sign in option.
