Unity Hub add support for patch releases and previous versions

I really like the new Unity Hub, it is really making using multiple version easy..

Just a few points though..

• Have access previous versions, sometimes you need to go back to test regression etc.. Mainly for setting up new machines easily
• Have access to patch releases, again for the point above.
• Also we are a nintendo developer and have versions that are not supplied through regular unity channels sometimes, and it keeps saying that I don't have that version when trying to open a project. It's a little annoying.

I am still getting used to it, but it is making a huge difference..
