Bug Unity Hub 3.0.0-beta.1 missing references

Hello,

3 issues after updating to new Hub version.

1. Opening a project says "Hold on! Checking for changes" and does it for ~5 minutes. After this it starts importing packages and "Building Assets index...".

2. I have a scriptable object, which has a serializable dictionary. Before the Hub update, this had ~100 entries. After the Hub update, this dictionary is empty. Git says that nothing has changed with the scriptable object asset so I am guessing something in the library went wrong.

3. It activates Unity Collab, which we've never used for our project.

We're experiencing issues #1 and #3 as well in Unity 2019.4.18 and have reverted back to using 2.4.x for now.

I also noticed that after updating to the hub beta that some of the package versions in the project's package.json file changed (2D animation and text mesh pro, I believe).
