Bug Unity Hub 2.4.5 not opening projects

Unity Hub isn't opening projects anymore, ever since I upgraded my OS to Windows 10, before it was 7.

It would just plain and simple not open anything, but now, it re-opens Unity Hub for seemingly no reason.

Is there a problem with upgrading to Windows 10 that might cause this? Because it caused my license to disappear and I had to get a new one. Thanks in advance, help is appreciated

And P.S. yes I deleted the Library folder of the project, restarted my computer and reinstalled Unity Hub.

EDIT: I think Windows 10 is irrelevant since upgrading to it caused my license to disappear and I had to get a new one. So it has something to do with the licenses, or the license server? Since everyone seems to be having the same issue at the moment
