Unity Hub 2.3.0 installs then deletes Unity

Had this problem since yesterday. Have Unity Hub 2.3.0. I tried to install 2019.3.8 with the hub. It installed, and then the hub immediately uninstalled Unity and removed it from the list of installed versions.

While checking the files where they install, I can see the files installing, but then at some point the hub just deletes them all after all parts are added. Now, the only workaround I found was to manually install Unity from the temp files to a different location, but of course then the hub won't let me add any new modules. I then was able to install from the hub, and everything worked.

Forward to today, I tried to install today's update of 2019.3.9, and the same thing happened all over again. I haven't tried installing manuallly again to see if it works, but this but is highly anooying.
