    Hi,

    I installed Unity Hub 2.1 but it failed to launch.
    Here is the error message from info-log.json:

    Is there any work around?
    Thanks.

    Hi @Pomato-Games,

    This log line doesn't really give enough insight on the root cause. Have you installed or run the Hub with special different privileges? This could be a rights issue. Otherwise I'm unsure of how to tackle this.

    Hi @AbrahamDUnity,

    Unity Hub was installed and run as administrator.
    Any special privileges are required?
    Thanks.

    @Pomato-Games,

    Typically Hub doesn't require admin privileges to run or be installed. If during an install the Hub requires elevated privileges it will ask for it. If you are able to change the rights of the "Program Files/Unity Hub" to be more accessible it may help. Also try to quit all Hub processes from the Task Manager and Relaunching it.

    Ideally the install/running of the Hub would not be done as administrator as we've had problems with this in the past. If it's absolutely necessary for you to do so, perhaps we can find a workaround for your specific use case.

    I hope this helps,
