I have a couple of help content related issues.

When I click the help icon in the inspector tab or Help Menu -> Unity Manual, HTML content opens in notepad.
I couldn't find any preferences that allow setting this, are there any environment variables I can set to make it open in my browser of choice.

Also I have been going through the beginner tutorials which mention typing ctrl + ' when selecting a unity type like Rigidbody this should bring up the help/info regarding this but I get nothing, at least from Visual Studio Community 15. Haven't tried any other IDE

    Thanks

For some reason the documentation files doctype were defaulted the wordpad, so that was easy to fix.

Seems in VS ctrl + ' doesn't work so that must Mono Dev specific, which would make sense.

In VS you have to do the following Ctrl + Alt + M then Ctrl + H
