Unity grey screen on launch. 5.6.3p1

Every time i launch unity 5.6.3p1 it just goes to a grey window.

I have:

Restarted my computer.

Uninstalled and reinstalled unity.

Taken everything in
"C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Packages\node_modules\unity-editor-home"
and placed it in
"C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Packages\node_modules\unity-editor-home\dist"
(some old form told me to try this, but i think that was a fix for a diff version)

 

Fixed.

I had only downloaded 5.6.3p1.

I guess it dosen't work without Unity 2017.3.0f3.

I downloaded that and both open correctly now.

 

I'm having this problem in unity 2017.3.1f1
