Unity Games crash on startup

    Hi,
    Whenever I play a unity game on Steam. It comes up with a screen and the Unity crash logger and then closes.
    I've looked through the crash log for the game and it comes up with this error:
    ERROR: SymGetSymFromAddr64, GetLastError: 'Attempt to access invalid address.' (Address: 00007FFDB75B9608)
    0x00007FFDB75B9608 (UnityPlayer) (function-name not available)

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Can you attach a .dmp file from the crash logs?

    I'm unsure of what to do, the crash logs that I've been looking at are .txt documents and it won't let me attach them.

    Compress them to a zip file. It should let you attach those.

    The last line of the log contains this:

    A crash has been intercepted by the crash handler. For call stack and other details, see the latest crash report generated in:
    * C:/Users/Cal/AppData/Local/Temp/Kinetic Games/Phasmophobia/Crashes

    Can you send me the contents of that folder?

    You're running a 5.5 year old graphics driver... did you try updating it? The crashes happen in the driver, not Unity.

    I've tried to update it through Device Manager and then Windows settings, but the problem still occurs. If there is something else I have to download could you send me the link?

    When I click the "download now" button, nothing shows up in my downloads folder. I was wondering if that was normal?

    Edit: Nevermind, It's downloaded now. Thank you

    When the installation software does the system check, it fails and says "This NVIDIA graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows. This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware"

    I'm running on Windows 10 if that helps.

    However, I've tried to launch phasmophobia again and it's now working.
