Unity Game for windows crashing

Hello guys, I created a simple game for PC that gets crashed when i open it. The made with unity logo appears then the game crashed. I have attatched the picture below for my error it is similar to this. Using google search i found that people fixed it by changing some settings in Nvidia's Graphic settings, I did the same but my problem still exists . Now i have only 2 questions.

1. If I distribute my game to other people will the same happen on their system aswell?

2. Is there a fix for this problem?

 

My Editor was also crashing because I was using NordVPN
Try disabling your VPN and then launch your game again

 

I was not using any VPN and its no the editor that is crashing but the game itself

 

It says you're using 2019.3.0. Unity 2019.4.31 is basically the same version, but with hundreds of bug fixes. I'd give that a try, as this issue may already have been resolved.

(backup your project folder before upgrading Unity versions).
