Unity Freeze When Moving Texture JPG

Hello I wasn't too sure where to put this topic but support seemed like the closest thing to reporting this. Sorry if there's another section for this!

Okay so when I move a jpg in my assets folder to a new created folder, the jpg was used in blender to create the texture for my model, Unity then freaks out, freezes and a top left window titled something like "Normal Setting" (I can only see it for a split second) and then it freezes. I have terminated the process and restarted unity but the same issue keeps happening. I am using the most current version of unity. Unsure if this is the only way to cause the bug but any help to work around this issue or raising attention to it would be amazing thank you!!
