unity forum full of restriction rules and guidelines need help even how to post in unity forum

there are certain thread of recruitment and they lock me out saying you are unfit to reply in this post.
most of the time the web interface is unresponsive and corrupted in my slow internet. besides the rules and restriction are too much . cant even review a product after download. im thinking of making a new unofficial community somewhere where everyone can live free and post free anywhere anytime
