Unity for Humanity 2019 Challenge - Can't Submit a Project; Deadline Today

When I go to the Unity For Humanity Challenge page I see a submit button. But when I sign in, the submit button goes away. Here's a screenshot:

When I'm not signed in....... I see a 'Start a Submission' Button:

When I sign in....... no longer 'Start a Submission' Button:

Also, on the rules page, which I had been going by, it says the deadline is Feb 18 at Midnight:

Any help would be appreciated as soon as you can! I don't want to be disqualified somehow, I've put a lot of effort into this journey. Thank you very much for your help.
