Unity folk at Macworld

I am going to macworld again this year. I was wondering if any other Unity folk would be there. Perhaps we could meet up keynote day.

I was there a couple of years in a row when I lived in Oakland. But alas, it's too far/much these days. I throw a party at work (boardroom booked an everything) when the keynote goes off and we read the text feed live on various IRCs and sites.

 

We should be having some pretty kickass coverage over at http://macteens.com

Live text updates, and we will have some video of it in our traditional Macworld video.

I will also be photographing the keynote, so we should have some cool pictures too.

 

Apparently the MacWorld announcement of the OMG Cup results is going to be streamed over the internet. But whether or not that happens, maybe you can cover that event too?

 

Yeah, trying to get Carlos to give me a time. If I don't find out, I will just ask the Freeverse guys when it is.

 

As a suprise feature at MacWorld this year, I'll be there demoing Unity at ATI's stand daily. I don't have times yet, but I'll be arriving to the expo Tuesday afternoon.

Let's find some Unity users, meet up, discuss tech, games, indie games, or whatever. As long as we got coffee, Unity and the community.

I'm not sure if I'll mac it to the Expo, though I'd love to meet the Unity community. I live in Oakland and will try to make it to whatever event you guys rally together.

If I do go to the Expo I look forward to seeing you guys there.

 

FYI, ATi just announced that they don't have a booth this time. According to IMG, ATi will be in rooms 254 258 on the West Mezzanine level of the Moscone Conference Center.

 

Right, it's a pair of showrooms... I'll be in one of them two hours a day, starting with 16-18 Tuesday. The other days aren't scheduled yet.
