The screenshots above are my new project setup and the error that comes with it, you can clearly see the hub im using, he error code, the editor im using, the template im using, the short passage im using, I've tried what seems like everything but I continue to get this issue. I don't know if this helps but I want to make 2d platformer gams, rpgs, or run and guns.

What OS? How much uncompressed hard drive space do you have? These are questions you WILL be asked.

34 Gig's nowhere near enough, either delete a load of non essential stuff or buy a new hard drive.

Should be, although I'd personally recommend at least 1 TB due to the big updates and stuff.

I tried this and the same error showed up, is there anything else I can do? I tried to delete and reinstall Hub and editors as well as the templates that didnt help.

Did you reinstall Unity on the new hard drive and clean up the C: drive? Then create your projects on D: One note, external/USB drives would not work well. You already created some projects, right? What changed.
