UNITY Error - Missing Gear VR OSIG

    I suspect this is an old error message, but need to confirm that I can ignore it as it is my only error. The link it takes me to is deprecated ( https://dashboard.oculus.com/tools/osig-generator). But, I am getting an error when I try to move my .apk to Oculus, warning that [INSTALL_FAILED_OLDER_SDK] and just wanting to make sure this has nothing to do with the error and I can ignore this one (although it does point to code:
    OVREngineConfigurationUpdater:EnforceOSIG() (at Assets/Oculus/VR/Editor/OVREngineConfigurationUpdater.cs:274)

    Hopefully someone can help out on this?
