Bug Unity Editor wont open Failed to load layout error

Hello,
I am trying to open the unity editor but i keep getting this popup:

and when I click "Load Default Layout", it gives me the same error again.
When I click "Revert Factory Settings", it gives me this:

and when I click Continue, it gives me the same error again! This has happened to me before and I still do not know how to fix it. Any help would be nice! Thanks! (I am using Unity Editor version 2020.1.6f1 and Unity Hub version 2.4.2)

 

A friend made a video about it, I never had the issue so idk if this works or not or even if it's' the correct way to fix it but you can give it a try
