Bug Unity Editor UI overflowing and clipped

Hello everyone!

I've had this issue for the past few Unity releases on both Elementary OS 0.4 and 5.0. It's hard to describe, but basically the Unity Editor seems to overflow the OS window which makes certain parts hidden. By clicking around or using the trackpad I can "scroll". Here's a screenshot:



It makes Unity fairly unusable for me Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!
