Question Unity Editor suffering from many errors I cannot fix

    I'm using Unity 2020.3.33f1, and my editor is suffering gratly from seveal major problems:

    1. frequent gpu crashes (DX3D Swapchain on a Radeon RX6800xt)
    2. Sometimes it just wont asset database refresh
    3. Sometimes during playing the asset import window appears and wont go away. I can still use the editor but can't change anything in the scrtiopt because it will not reimport
    4. Whenever the project first opens, it complains that UIDocument can't be found (UI Toolkit) (but triggering an asset database refresh fixes it)
    Ive reinstalled everything, rebooted, restarted, deleted the Library folder, you name it. It's very frustrating, and I unfortunately cannot move to 2021 or 2022 because I am using DOTS.
