Unity Editor shows blank white screen when using 2019.3 or later

    Whenever I try to launch a Unity Editor which is 2019.3 or later I just get a blank white screen, I have tried updating my graphics drivers, launching in safe mode, disabling other programs and still have made no progress.



    It works fine with 2019.2 though which is very odd.

    Same issue after switching to Vulkan rendering!
    GTX 1060 6gb
    Ryzen 5 1600
    32gb RAM
