Unity Editor Preferences

    Hello, yesterday I tried to modify the default editor to VS 2019 because VsCode IntelliSense didn't work however I tried. Today when I am trying to open the Editor->Preferences there is no use, it acts like if I didn't even press at all. Is there a solution to this? I even reinstalled 2020.1.5f to 2020.1.8f but problem still persists. Would be grateful if anyone could help

    [SOLUTION?]
    Opened a different project and somehow preferences opened these, P.S also fixed VSCode-s intellisense on the way :D
