Bug Unity editor Not Working

    I Just Started using unity after about 6 - 8 months of not using it, and my version of the editor is pretty old so I download the newer version of the editor, it was the recommended version.
    After it finished downloading I made a new project with the newer version of the editor, and it said that there was an error with resolving the packages, and it does this every time I make a project and I don't know what to do.
    Please help
