Question Unity Editor not opening on my PC

I installed unity recently because I switched computers and wanted to install it again, but when I did and tried to create a project, the tab would appear on the taskbar, but if I clicked it, it wouldn't open, and on task manager it showed the it was using 0% of CPU, Disk, and Network. I searched on google and it seems that the same thing happened to other people, but all of there solutions didn't work for me. I think that it could be my graphics card, but I'm not sure. I have a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
