Bug Unity editor not launching

    Unity editor just refuses to launch. when opening a project from Hub, Loading icon appears for a while and then disappears but nothing happen. I have tried running it as administrator, I have tried opening projects from hub or directly or just the editor. I have also allowed It access to public/ private network. Also tried restating the pc few times but nothing seems to work. This happens every few days and just wastes a whole day.
