Unity editor just does not open.

I have downloaded the unity hub, and the 2019.4 version of unity editor (2020.1 also), and it happens that i just can´t open the editor, in any way, even from the hub and even separatedly. when i try starting a project in unity hub, it says " unity launch error", and when i try opening a project it says "project path not found", if i try to open the editor from outside, it gives me the error 0xc000142 , i already tried to use the 2020.1 version and gave me the same error, i have already reinstalled the unity editor, and did a lot of things that i found on the internet, but couldn't find someone with the same error as me. Can someone please help me out??
edit: Actually, there is another error too, the hub just does no create the project folder too...

 

The first questions I have are, are you creating your project in some unusual location? Like a network drive, SD card, etc. Same question for where you are installing Unity. And lastly, what are your computer specs?

So, i am trying to create my project in the default folder, wich is not in unusual locations, same applies to the unity, it's all in my HD. My specs are Geforce GTX 1050, Intel Core I5 7th gen, 4GB RAM.
