Resolved Unity Editor Glitching Out Severely

The video of what is happening is in the zip file.
The different windows are all acting up.
I have had so many issues with this new version of Unity. Please help me. I am done trying to figure it out on my own.

 

Sorry, I sold my mind reader device to dump funds into GME. Would you mind just stating which Unity version you're talking about?

Also, try resetting layout to defaults. Make sure you're not running outdated video drivers, or unsupported video hardware. Might want to look at whatever those console errors are.

But if you're just having this issue on a new version, why not just stick to the last version which didn't have this issue for you?

 

I am using 2020.1, I decided to use Shaders, and the idea I had doesn't work for the pervious version, 2019 LTS

Layout (top right button) > Revert Factory Settings
This will override/delete your layout settings but should fix it.
