Unity Editor frozen

    Hi i was loading unity my 2d game and i couldn't do anything in the editor i could switch from game and scene view but nothing else and that was last night i woke up today and tried it again but it still didn't work

    it worked for some time and now it is back and i cant do anything i tried making a new project but i had the same glitch
