    Hello,

I don't know if this is the right place but anyway I'm posting it :)

Last few unity versions keep crashes on startup. Not also the editor but the games made with those versions are also crashing. I couldn't find a proper solution for it.

I have created a minidump and managed to get a callstack using both Unity's and Micrososft's pdb servers.

    Here are the callstacks.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

What happens if you completely disable your internet. Airplane mode, for example. Then try to launch the editor and see if the same crash happens.

Also, do you have a VPN? Try completely disabling that. And antivirus, try disabling that for a moment to test the launch.

I do not have VPN or antivirus. I tried disabling my network but it didn't work.

But I have managed to open the application with a debugger attached on startup.

I have found the problem on my side. In my PC, I had changed GFlags attribute from 0 to 2 to get more detailed debug log in Visual Studio. By reverting it to zero, everything worked fine. It looks like it made Unity to get crash on startups.

    This is the registry entry
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\GlobalFlag

You might want to check it out.

    Thank you anyway :)
