Unity Editor all messed up after upgraging to 4.5.1

*UPGRADING - cant change title ¬¬

Hello everyone,

Please, is it just my Unity or yours has the same behavior as mine?
- After playing inside the editor and then stop, all my folders are closed inside the project window (before everything kept open as I ordered), so now if I need to use a Prefab or open a script, I need to maxime and open all folders I want... AGAIN
- Monodevelop crashs every 15 to 20 minutes
- Unity looks much heavier than before (loading, closing, etc)


Please, is anyone having the same experience?
Any admin could check this out?
I upgraded from 4.3.4 to 4.5.1. My project is really big and I think something went wrong maybe
