unity edit mode broke

    My unity edit mode is broken. I at first could only see the background i assigned and then i found out how to put on the grid. But now all i can see is the grid and nothing else. None of the game objects will appear so now i cant eddit my game. Pleeeeeease help.

    It would help if could show some screenshots.
    But according to your description, it is very likely that you try to edit game objects in the game view. Make sure you have the scene view selected. It may help to check out those tutorials:

    Also i dont need turtorials. I have a large game with a ton of models, animations, and custom materials lol. I can see the game in game view but not in scene.

    If you double click an object in the hierarchy, the scene view will automatically focus that game object. Or you can press "F" to focus the selected object.

    I understand that, but when i focus on it. I get the x y z arrows but no model

    Did you try to create a default object like a cube and focus that one?

    Im
    I made a default cube and focused on it. I got the blue stuff around it and when i get off of focusing on it, it disappeared.

    Is it just happening in this project or do you have the issue also when you create a new, empty project?

    Did you update your graphics card drivers or something like that which could have caused that issue? Or did you update Unity?

    Actually my pc did a update earlier but it isnt connected to internet so idk what that was. It was before i played around in the settings and screwed it up...

    My guess is that this was caused by incorrect use of the Layers dropdown.

    Yep, ur right lol. Took me nother half hour to find out why i couldnt click on blocks same issue. Thanks for the help so much
