I can't download any Unity version via the UnityHub on Linux. Tried with latest official Linux release from the thread on this forum, plus the new 2019.2 release and the 2019.3 alpha.
Error message from the log file:

I experience the same issue but for Unity-2019.4.4f1 on macOS. The download keeps aborting at around 380-400MB. When downloading the file using Safari, I can observe the same issue. Looks like the http connection gets separated at some point. When I manually pause and resume the download in Safari at this point, it correctly resumes and continues for another 400MB. The download completed eventually, but it's not convenient.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the same issue.

For those who need it, I found the solution! Just go to C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub on windows, or whatever the equivalent on another platform, and find the file named hubConfig.json. Open it up, and set both the DNS_TIMEOUT and the HTTP_HEAD_TIMEOUT to something really high, say, 50000. This should solve the ESOCKETTIMEDOUT issue. Just in case, I also ran hub as admin, but I don't think that solved it. Also, it seemed to reset itself at some point, so watch out for that. You may need to do this every time you install a unity version.
