Unity doesn't works correctly

Hi, i installed unity editor and I want to edit 3D models from VRChat. But when I'm choosing project or creating new one, nothing happens. It doesn't opened itself. But "Unity.exe" is on Proces List and i cant close this.

Edit 3D models from VRChat? What is the file type? Generally you don't edit a model in Unity, but rather use a modeling tool https://docs.vrchat.com/docs/creating-your-first-avatar
