Question Unity doesn't recognize Visual studio

I can't build for UWP because I keep getting the error "could not find any supported visual studio installation". The C# scripts open in visual studio when I double click on them and I also get intellisense. I have tried so many solutions, updated my unity and visual studio still no luck. I have attached a screenshot of the error so you can see exactly how it's displayed. I'm still fairly new to unity and I've been on this issue for a while now. I'm almost giving up. I'd appreciate any help I can get on this.

 

Try using the Visual Studio Installer to add the Universal Windows Platform workload to visual studio:

I have done that too
Still no luck

 

Fixed it.
Turns out the problem was from the visual studio C++ workload.
