Unity deleting RGB channels on Import?

    I have a shader (jbooth BetterLit) that uses linear RGBA textures for controlling AO, Smoothness, Normals etc...

    I pack all the channels in photoshop then export them to psd. When import the texture in Unity 2020.3.3f1, i uncheck the sRGB (required by shader) and see the RGB channels are wiped clean (just blank in the preview window) but the alpha channel has data. What is going on? Am i exporting from photoshop incorrectly? i also tried it with TIFF format and same result.. blank RGB channels

    Hey i was able to fix the problem by using 32bit Targa format instead.
