Unity Dashboard - Unable to add project. (404)

    I am trying to create a project under my organization with a paid Unity license to use performance reporting, and I get this error whenever trying to create a project in the Unity Dashboard: "Unable to add project. (404)", and in the Window --> Services Tab: "Action failed. The requested resource could not be found."

    I can create projects fine under an organization I have without a paid license, but this feature is paid only. Any ideas?
