Feedback Unity Creates pop up for EVERY. SINGLE. ACTION.

    I recently updated to 2020.1. and for EVERY SINGLE THING I do in the editor, there's a popup with a loading bar that says "Hold on (Busy for time)" and underneath the bar it has a message that usually says something like "GUI.RepaintSceneAll" or "application.message" or something. Didn't have this issue in earlier versions. please help.

    This is the 2D forum for 2D features. Your post is probably better suited to general discussion.

    That feature was introduced to indicate that Unity is doing work whereas before you'd simply see a working icon and still be unable to interact. That said, this isn't a 2D specific feature so I don't know more about it.
